OUR SERVICES

All of our Levo Lash Artists are qualified Lash Artists that are licensed by the State Board of Barbering and Cosmetology of CA. When coming to get a lash appointment with us, our team will do a detailed eyelash consultation with you prior to your lash service to discuss any possible allergies or concerns, and to determine which type of lash style you prefer and will be best fit for maintaining your natural lash health.

*All lash service timing will vary from client to client depending on their natural eyelashes per eye.*

OUR POLICIES

After booking online, your lash appointment requires a $50 non-refundable Deposit within 30 minutes upon booking to confirm the booking.

 

If no deposit is made, you do NOT have a lash appointment with us!

 

All deposits go towards your total booking cost. The remaining balance is due on the scheduled date/time of your booking.

 

Deposits can be sent via:

  • Venmo (@levolash)

  • CashApp ($levolash)

  • APPLe PAY (714-933-6302)

  • ZELLE (714-933-6302)

Once the deposit is received, you will get a confirmation email of your booking.

WHEN SENDING YOUR DEPOSIT PLEASE LEAVE AN EMOJI!

DO NOT PUT ANYTHING RELATED TO LASHES or the appt IN THE NOTES/MEMO.

Any reschedules or cancellations of your lash appointment must be made 48 hours in advanced.

 

If you let us know within 48 hours, then your deposit can be applied to the new booking.

 

Any reschedules or cancellations made less than 48 hours will have their deposit forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a future booking.

​

Any no-show clients will have their deposit forfeited and will not be taken as a client in the future.

​

We allow all of our clients a 10 minute grace period for being late to their lash appointment.

 

If you arrive past 10 minutes we will be unable to take you due to insufficient time to complete your lash set, and you will have to reschedule to a later time and/or date.

 

If you are late, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit must be made for a rescheduled date/time.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

​

Levo Lash only accepts Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, ZELLE or Cash App for forms of payment.

 

We do not accept PayPal, Check, Credit Card, or Debit Card.

 

We do NOT have an ATM near by or in store.

 

Please come ready with payment prior to your appointment.

 

All payments must be made immediately after the lash service is completed.
