What Are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions are a cosmetic application used to enhance the length, curl, fullness, and thickness of natural eyelashes.
How long does it take to apply Eyelash Extensions?
The application process for lash extensions can vary from about 60-90 minutes for a full set of eyelashes and 30-60 minutes for a refill. During an eyelash extension application, all of your lower eyelashes will be covered and the extensions will only be applied only to your upper lashes, one at a time. The timing can vary from client to client depending on the number of natural lash hairs that they have.

How long can a set of Eyelash Extensions last?
Levo Lash products are professional grade products that never comes in contact with your actual skin. Depending on the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes and your after care, your eyelash extensions should last a minimum of 2-3 weeks before a re-fill. Some clients have even had their eyelash extensions last up to 4 weeks!

Can I wear makeup with my Eyelash Extensions?
Yes! You can continue to keep your daily makeup routine with your eyelash extensions! We just recommend that you do not use an eyelash curler to curl your real eyelashes with the eyelash extensions as they will rip and tear off the extensions along with your natural eyelashes and damage them. Also, if you want to apply mascara, please use water-based mascara only!​

Can I get water on my Eyelash Extensions?
We require that you keep your eyelash extensions fully dry for at least 24 hours to make sure that the eyelash adhesive is fully cured and secured. After that 24 hour time period, you are more than welcome to shower, swim, work out and so forth! However, keeping the eyelashes away from steam and/or heat such as in a sauna would be the best way to prolong the lash extension life cycle.

Are Eyelash Extensions safe?
Yes! The application process of eyelash extensions is 100% pain-free and safe. Some clients consider the entire lashing process relaxing and even sleep through the entire appointment. They do not damage your natural eyelashes at all!

What happens if I want to have my eyelash extensions removed?
Levo Lash offers an eyelash extension removal service which involves a short thirty-minute appointment in which we will apply our Levo Lash Extensions cream remover on top of your eyelash extensions without touching your skin. The remover will sit for 10 minutes on your eyes, and once the adhesive is dissolved, the extensions are gently wiped away with lint free applicators by one of our professional eyelash techs. Your natural eyelashes will be completely intact and will not be damaged at all.

The overall look of the lashes can range from very natural to very voluminous depending on each client's preference!
